You are correct.  You are not experiencing pregnancy symptoms.  Having irregular or missed periods is no cause for alarm.  It is usually due to stress or hormonal imbalances.  It is only important to have a regular period if you are trying to become pregnant or you have negative symptoms such as debilitating cramps.

In regard to the symptoms you re having, constipation and bloating are usually caused by a diet high in wheat, dairy and animal based products.  I suggest that you focus on eating a lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and brown rice.
