I become so paranoid because I started having early pregnancy symptoms which some are also similar signs when having PMS like tender breasts, abdominal and pelvic pain and also gas pains and backache. Do you think I'm pregnant due to this? I have also experience groin pain for the last few days. It was a bit more painful and sharpened. It was unusual. Hopefully, you can reply as soon as possible.
