My only suggestion is to wait another week. then contact your physician, explain the situation, and see if a blood pregnancy test is necessary.
A blood hCG (pregnancy hormone) test is more accurate. I am wondering if there was any semen on the second condom which your boyfriend reapplied; meaning semen on his penis got on the inside which then became the outside of the condom and entered your vagina.
