If you don't have your tubes it's unlikely that you are pregnant, unless you had IVF treatment. Since you didn't mention IVF, I'm wondering, did you get the positive results from administering a home pregnancy test? I know they are reliable forms to test pregnancy, but I can definitely see why you are perplexed.
Have you made an appointment with your doctor? Or at least discussed your concerns with a nurse in the office?
I would go get checked out to see if something else is causing your HCG levels to be elevated.
