This was not dry humping because you both were naked from the waist down, there was direct contact with his penis and your vagina and apparently pre ejaculate on his penis. If this happened close to when you ovulated, there was a good chance for becoming pregnant.
All that you can do is wait for your next period. If you are late by at least seven days, take a home pregnancy test.
