Hi, There is something I want to ask you about such letter I have wrote for my doctor. I typed the letter and I wrote the heading with my full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
This is what I wrote to him;
Dear Dr. Kadison,
What I'm writing to you is regarding asking you a personal question. I want to know if by any chance you know a good Hematology/Oncology that I can go to?
I have a kind of problem and concern and my doctor told me I should see a Hematologist. It's been hard to find a Hematologist and I was thinking if you know someone.
My matter is urgent and important that I see someone right away.
I'll be looking forward to hear from you soon. I really do appreciate it.

I'm going to mail it on Monday meanwhile I want to be sure what I wrote is good and if my vocabulary and grammar are right?
