The pain in the arm and chest do indicate heart trouble. It is probably not related to having a stroke because you are not feeling numbness or muscle weakness.
If the pain lasts a few hours or more you should see your doctor right away; especially if your symptoms get worse. Even though you are very young to have heart trouble it is still not impossible.
