First of all, you said you had a 3 day period in June and also "this month." However, this month is June. So I am uncertain as to the timing of your periods.
The only way of knowing whether or not you are pregnant is if you take a pregnancy test. If it has been two cycles since having intercourse a pregnancy test would be accurate by this time.
