Eyebrows are overlooked when changing hair color. I find that for a natural brunette who chooses to become blonde, but still maintains dark eyebrows looks a bit odd. Maybe it is just me:)
Carole Jackson authored "Color Me Beautiful". I found her concept of grouping people into "seasons" and offering suggestions for color in both make-up and fashion based on what season you are most helpful.
