I'd love to give you some advice on the matter.
The possibility of implantation bleeding or pregnancy is directly related to the last time you had unprotected sex. If you had unprotected sex between your last period and this one, then it could be implantation bleeding. However, it is too early to know. This is only the first day of your period and it is normal to see different colors of blood during the beginning of a period.
So you need to wait it out. If the bleeding stops tomorrow or the next day then it could be implantation bleeding and you can take a pregnancy test.
But if you bleeding for 4-7 days, then it is your regular period.
