First of all, you cannot have PCOS for one or two days. PCOS is an ongoing hormonal problem.
Secondly, hot gooey discharger is not a common symptom of a ruptured cyst, even though it is unusual. The time to be concerned is when you have a fever, rapid breathing, dizziness, and severe pelvic pain.
If the hot discharge keeps occurring then you should definitely see a doctor. Or if you have other severe symptoms. But for now it is not necessary.
