It is impossible to get pregnant from this event. It is simply not how the science works.
The ejaculation process is so important because the sperm needs to be sent the right direction (so to speak). If, for example, sperm got on the outside of her vagina, it would not survive much less be able to travel through your clothes, through the vagina, past the cervix and make you pregnant. Sperm does not have a compass to the uterus, and does not automatically swim there no matter what the conditions.
You can relax. Irregular or even missed periods are common and nothing to worry about. In your case, it does not have anything to do with pregnancy.
