The order of events is a bit off here.
So I want to make sure I'm getting this right.
If you had sex 2 months ago, the condom broke, and she has not had her period since then, she is probably pregnant.
If she took pregnancy tests, then missed her period for two months, then had sex where the condom broke; then the missed periods are unrelated to pregnancy since it happened before you had sex. In this case, you will need to wait till her AFTER her next missed period, then take a pregnancy test.
Not having a consistent period makes it harder to become pregnant. Also it does not always signify pregnancy.
So you need to analyze the order of events to know what is going on.
