Normal discharge is usually released when pressed or squeezed. But if you continue to press it every day it can actually create an infection.
The only thing you need to watch for is if the discharge occurs without being pressed or irritated. Then you should see a doctor.
From the symptoms you listed, you have nothing to worry about. Simply do not press on your nipple.
