Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for seeking our advice. The best thing that you can do is call and schedule an appointment with your primary care physician. This has persisted for seven years and I do not think you are dying.

Feeling internal heat when it is the temperature is not high could indicate a problem with your thyroid gland. If you are a woman and over 40 years old, these might be hot flashes.

Your doctor can do a physical exam and order any necessary blood test to determine the cause.

Regards,
Maryann
