Breast/under arm pain on both sides. I need some advice.

I was diagnosed with PCOS almost two years ago. I'm 20 years old now. It was rough going through that, learning that I had that and trying to deal with it at a young-ish age, but I am more concerned now.

I have 36 C cup breasts, and for the past 4-5 weeks I have noticed a LOT of changes with them. First was the overall itchy feeling - it was awful, I felt like I continuously had to "scratch" my breasts, even going around to my sides and almost up into my armpits. Next was the "heaviness" and "swollen" feeling, my breasts were (and still are) swollen to almost a cup size bigger. Then came the pain and achy feeling. That is what I am dealing with now. No matter what I do, my breasts will not stop hurting. The pain stretches from my breasts to my sides and to my underarms. Pretty much my entire upper body, surrounding my breasts, is in pain.

First of all, I am not pregnant. I'm a virgin, and I've never been sexually active with a guy. Second, I haven't had a period in over two years (my gyno says that's okay, considering I don't want to try to get pregnant right now. But I've read from multiple sources recently that not having a period for a long time could increase the number of cysts that I have. They tend to rupture on a regular basis and they hurt like hell.)

I haven't felt any lumps on my breasts, but considering my breasts are really swollen, there might be, I'm not ruling it out completely. I HAVE found one lump under my left arm. I noticed it about two weeks ago and it hasn't gotten any smaller.

Should I be worried about breast cancer? It runs in my family. My mother had it, as well as my grandmother.

I've done a lot of research and most sites say that breast tenderness/pain/swelling is related to hormone changes when you're having your period, but considering I haven't had one in two years that's out of the question. Also, many sites say NOT to jump to the automatic conclusion that it's breast cancer because of those symptoms.
In addition to the breast thing, my immune system has been out of whack for the past few months. But in the past 2-3 weeks, I've been running a fever on and off, mostly at night. I also tend to get really dizzy really fast. And I'm sick at my stomach, so nausea and vomiting is added to that list. No clue if that is related at all to what's going on with my breasts, but I just wanted to fit everything in there.

I know that I need to make an appointment to see my gyno, that's not a question. But I'm just curious to see if anyone else is going through this/went through this. Any advice would be helpful.
