Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
I have pasted a reply below from an EmpowHer moderator which I believe will be very helpful for you.

"Pityriasis lichenoides chronica (PLC) is a uncommon skin disease that most often show up on the trunk of the body and/or extremities, that comes is one of three forms.

Pityriasis Lichenoides Et Varioliformis Acuta (PLEVA)
Pityriasis Lichenoides Chronica (PLC)
Febrile Ulceronecrotic Mucha-Habermann Disease (FUMHD).
They can form alone or evolve from one to the other. It can not be cured, but there are treatment options available.

Treatment Tips:

1. Topical steroids to reduce irritation.
2. Sun exposure may help to resolve lesion.
3. Phototherapy - artificial ultraviolet radiation treatment with UVB or PUVA.
4. Oral erythromycin or tetracycline (antibiotics) taken for two or three months.
5. Severe cases may be treated with systemic steroids or methotrexate.
6. Corticosteroid creams and ointments applied to the skin often control the rash and itching.

Be sure to consult with your doctor about the best treatment options for your particular case."

I hope this helps.
