Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. Thank you for reaching out to us for our thoughts.

You have consulted your physician and been evaluated. I don't know what more I can add, other than waiting and having a blood hCG pregnancy test done.

Dizziness is a symptom that is often applies to a variety of sensations including lightheadedness, which is typically described as near fainting and weakness. Both high and low blood pressure, as well as dehydration can cause dizziness and fainting.

Early in your first trimester, perhaps as early as eight weeks, you may feel dizzy and nauseous, because of low blood pressure. This happens because the pregnancy hormone progesterone relaxes the walls of your blood vessels, causing your blood pressure to fall.

Anonymous, please keep us updated as you learn more.

Regards,
Maryann
