if I had two periods in one month what what does that mean?

Hi my name is Nene I had two periods in one month last month everybody was saying I looked like I was pregnant one girl I know had told me same thing happened to her when she found out she was pregnant with her fourth child I really haven't just been having like any symptoms if I am so I was sitting around to see if my period was going to come this month well this month is almost over still no period but am I suppose to have a period this month even though I had two last month I took two test they came out negative but that was last month when I tried the test what should I do can you please help me
