You cannot be pregnant because you used a condom and because you were not ovulating.
A normal cycle is anywhere from 24-30 days apart. If your period comes at slightly different times each month, it doesn't mean something is wrong.
So, no need to worry. You are not pregnant, and you aren't experiencing anything abnormal.
