Taking emergency contraception can disrupt your period. It does not necessarily mean you are pregnant. Missed or irregular periods, are actually common and usually nothing to worry about.
It become an issue if your period last for 2 weeks or more, or you have severe negative side effects such as debilitating cramps.
At this point, you need to trust your birth control method and the pregnancy test.
