Emergency contraceptive like Postinor 1 is not intended to be used as regular birth control, and it is more effective if taken correctly, which it sounds like you did since you took it 24 hours.
Postinor prevents about 85% of pregnancies if taken within 72 hours. I can't say for sure, but my guess is that since you took it within 24 hours but had two incidents of unprotected sex, it would still cover you. You could be pregnant, but I doubt it.
The best way to know for sure is to take a home pregnancy test.
