Hi Anon,

Thank you for sharing your question with the EmpowHER community.

There are a few potential reasons that could cause you to not be interested in sex. One of the most common reasons is depression. Research and studies have shown that 2 out of 3 people with depression lose interest in sex as a result of imbalance in the brain. Also, some medications can have side effects that effect your libido. Side effects like vaginal dryness (which can make sex uncomfortable) or difficulty having an organism.
Relationship problems can also make a person loose the desire. Stress, physical illness and/or infection are also know to create issues as well.

Do you identify with any of those common reasons for lack of sexual desire? Have you started taking any new medications? Is there any specific aspect of your sex life that is off putting with regards to your relationship that you should discuss with your husband?

Maybe after asking these questions of yourself can lead you to why and seeking a solution to improve things.

I hope this helps.

Be well,
~Gillette
