There was never a risk for becoming pregnant, because you were having your period at the time, but most importantly, you were wearing clothes. Even if he ejaculated, semen could not penetrate your clothing. Pre-ejaculate fluid can contain sperm if the male has had a previous but recent ejaculation. Sperm can remain in the urethra, but is flushed out when he urinates.
High stress levels will cause a delay in the start of a period, and the sudden start and stop in taking microgynon will probably upset the hormonal balance that regulates your menstrual cycle.
