I am under the impression that you dissolved some kind of emergency contraception in your girlfriend's drink. Is that correct?
As long as the pill is completely ingested in the correct dosage at the right times, it will be effective. Keep in mind that there are only a few days during ovulation that a girl can get pregnant.
