Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
I understand that having an irregular period after having sex is alarming. However, you can't be pregnant for a couple reasons. First of all, you have a regular period during November. Secondly, all the pregnancy tests were negative. If you were pregnant they would have shown positive by this time.
Having an irregular or even missed period during adolescent years is common and nothing to worry about. It is usually due to slight hormonal imbalances caused by stress, or a change in exercise, or life style.
It is only necessary to have a regular period if you are trying to get pregnant, have prolonged or frequent bleeding, or you have a serious underlying issue causing extreme symptoms.
Doctors usually prescribe birth control pills for irregular periods, however, having a late, light, or even missed period is usually not necessary to treat (unless you are trying to get pregnant as I said before).
If you are still concerned however, you can get a pap smear and/or pregnancy test at your gynecologist.
In the future I highly suggest that you use some kind of birth control if you plan to continue having sex.
