First of all, there is no guarantee there is sperm in pre-ejaculation. If there was a bit of sperm it would have died promptly once you spit and even making-out would further damage any sperm that may or may not have still been on or in your mouth.
The main point is that sperm is not indestructible. Conditions must be perfect in order for sperm to make you pregnant.
So, in conclusion, you will not become pregnant. I suggest that you avoid sexual activity that causes you anxiety in the future.
