You can take emergency contraception if that would ease your mind. Be aware that it can give you side effects including: bleeding a few days later, nausea, tender breasts and cramping. This does not mean you are pregnant.
It is highly unlikely that any sperm traveled through the vagina to lodge in your cervical fluid. Sperm are strong swimmers but the conditions must be ideal for them to survive more than a few minutes. Since you were not ovulating, this makes pregnancy also impossible.
In the future I suggest you avoid sexual activity that makes you worried afterward. It can't hurt to wait till you're emotionally ready.
