The short answer is no. You cannot be pregnant for several reasons.
First of all, when you had sex, you were not only taking birth control pills which prevents ovulation, but you also used a condom. If there is no egg to fertilize and no sperm to fertilize it, no pregnancy can occur.
Regular periods, whether on pills or not is also a sure sign you are not pregnant.
You need to trust your birth control method and also the negative pregnancy test.
Since you are still worried about pregnancy after all the evidence against it, perhaps you are not ready for sex.
