What causes pink blood from vagina.

I have not had a menstrual cycle for over 10 years. 10 days ago I saw a red mass in the toilet after urinating and then bleed for one day or two with blood clots like droppings. Now I have constant pink blood on tissue after urinating. No pain but constant discharge of pink blood. I am 53 years old.
