I would love to give you a clearer idea of how pregnancy occurs.
First of all, none of the scenarios you described can cause pregnancy. Sperm is very delicate and cannot survive more than a few minutes in open air and also becomes damaged if handle.
Sperm does not accompany urine. Sperm would only be in the toilet if a male ejaculated directly into the toilet and did not flush. Even if that did happen and somehow the sperm splashed on your vagina, it would not be capable of making you pregnant, not only because you probably wiped in off immediately, but also because the sperm in not able to automatically travel from one place to another.
During adolescent years it is common to have irregular and even missed periods because your hormones are still balancing themselves. It does not indicate your reproductive system is unhealthy in any way and it does not mean you are pregnant.
The only way you can become pregnant is if a male ejaculates into your vagina during penetration.
