There is no possibility of pregnancy in this scenario for several reasons. First of all, sperm can only survive a few minutes in open air. It also dies quicker if handled. Not only was the sperm handled, it was wiped away. You also used a condom when you had intercourse preventing any sperm from entering her vagina.
The symptoms she is experiencing do not only occur from pregnancy. You did not mention her age, but during adolescent years, the hormones are still finding a balance causing girls to experience PMS-like symptoms well before their period.
