You cannot become pregnant from this scenario for several reasons.
First of all, there was no sperm on the towel. Sperm lives a few minutes in open air. However your boyfriend took a shower washing away any sperm on himself.
If, for example, there was sperm on the towel for some reason, it still could not make you pregnant. Sperm becomes damaged very easily and also dies quickly even without being handled.
In order to become pregnant you need to have intercourse where the male ejaculates into the vagina during penetration.
