Missing a pill can slightly reduce the effectiveness. However it is very unlikely that you ovulated. So chances of pregnancy are very slim.
If you took two pills on the same day you may have spotting, or other PMS-like symptoms. However, this does not necessarily indicate pregnancy.
I suggest that you keep taking the pills as usual. Then if you miss your next period completely, take a pregnancy test.
