Pre-ejaculate can sometimes contain healthy sperm. However, this sperm can only cause pregnancy if penetration occurs.
Since there was no penetration, any sperm that was present would not be able to make you pregnant.
Another reason you will not become pregnant, is because you took emergency contraception.
You may experience side effects including: bleeding a few days later, tender breasts, nausea, and cramping. These symptoms, do not indicate pregnancy. They are only side effects of the drug.
