It is most likely stress and over exercising, and definitely not pregnancy.
Increased stress levels, especially during ovulation, can cause a delay in the start of a period and even a missed period. During periods of stress, the body produces more cortisol. As a result, the high cortisol levels trigger the shut down of nonessential functions. The menstrual cycle is one.
Once your stress levels drop and you get back to a normal level of exercise, your menstrual cycle should become regular.
