There are benefits for both you and your wife if you get a circumcision.  

Some major benefits include: 

• A decreased risk of urinary tract infection.
• A reduced risk of some sexually transmitted diseases in men .
• Protection against sex organ cancer for men and a reduced risk of cervical cancerin females.

As for the difference sexually, it causes men to take longer to reach an ejaculation, which most view as a benefit.
