right now i'm in that country where Milk isn't cheap and not even pure, so one doc ask me to use Calcium tablets . the product name is "Qalsan D " and here is ingredients per tablet :
Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate 1250mg, Vitamin D3 125IU, contain sugar free( Aspartame)
recommended : 2 tablets a day !
i wanna know this is fine to use ? actually when i run i feel pain in my leg bones and even in gym while lifting a weight feel pain in my bones !
