Ejaculation must occur in order for pregnancy to happen. Since she had a normal period, she cannot be pregnant. Periods can be missed or irregular for many reasons besides pregnancy.
Causes can include:
--side effects of medication
--virus and fever
--changes in diet or sleep habits

She is not pregnant ad her period will return to normal soon. It the future it would be wise to use a condom.
