Hello Scarlett lee,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. I am glad you came to us with your concern.

I do not think you are pregnant. The bleeding was most likely induced by taking the morning after pill. It was too early to be implantation bleeding. Implantation bleeding occurs six to 12 days following conception; is pink to brown spotting; never increases to a flow.

The pharmacist was correct. You should never take an emergency contraceptive more than once in a menstrual cycle period and never frequently.

I urge you to schedule an appointment with a gynecologist. Having two periods only 14 days apart is not normal. It could be the result of taking an ECP more than once. It would indicate an underlying hormonal condition.

Since you are sexually active, during the appointment discuss birth control options. Choose one that will work for you.

Regards,
Maryann
