Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. I am glad you reached out to our community with your concern about being pregnant and the change in your periods.

Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. However, if your boyfriend had a prior but recent ejaculation, sperm may remain in his urethra. Once he urinates, any sperm is flushed out in the urine. So, there is not a big risk during the grinding. The risk increases of course with penetration and ejaculation especially during your fertile period. This is five days before and on the day you ovulate.

The big concern is why have your periods become so light in the past two to three months.
Also, did you test in the morning and did you do so when you first woke up. For the most accurate result, you test using the first urine of the day, which is concentrated.

Anonymous, if you have tested properly, you can accept the negative result.

Consider scheduling an appointment with a gynecologist. First, to figure out why your periods have changed and second, talk about birth control options. Grinding in the nude is just a step away from sexual intercourse.

Keep us updated,
Maryann
