Hi i am a 20 year old female. I weigh 130 pounds and my height is 5'6. I have absolutely no history of cardiac diseases. I have a normal blood pressure 110/60 and normal resting heart rate of around 56. Since the past few weeks i started experiencing palpitations that felt like my heart stopped for a second. They are painless and are not accompanied by any other symptoms. And happen around twice or thrice a week. I got very worried and visited my doctor. She had my chest xray, ekg, blood tests and thyroid tests all of which came out fine. However yesterday i experienced an intense shock like feeling as if my heart stopped again, in the center of my chest it was absolutely painless and just left me startled for a second. It was just for a second and then i started walking around normally in the mall but i have a feeling that the shock like feeling was from my heart. Can anyone please tell me what it is and should i be worried because i have already got all my tests done and nothing came up
Thank you.
