Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for such an interesting question.

I found an article from 1976 featured in The International Journal of Fertility. Two patients underwent vascularised Fallopian tube transplants are described. In both cases the operation was followed by immunological rejection.

Here is the link to an article from TrendsObGyn 1985.
"First Fallopian Tube-Ovary Transplant Is Carried Out"

Khurram Rehman, M.D., a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist, stated "There is no good reason to try to make an artificial fallopian tube or try to transplant a fallopian tube, as in vitro fertilization (ivf) has high success rates for tubal problems causing infertility."
