There would not have been a risk for becoming pregnant if you had already ovulated. Since your period was due to start at the time of this encounter, most likely you ovulated at least one to two weeks before. With a history of irregular periods, this is hard to pinpoint. Though ovulation occurs mid menstrual cycle, it can vary by a few days from one month to the next.
There would not have been a risk unless he actually ejaculated on your pubic area or penetrated your vagina and ejaculated.
Anonymous, do your best to relax. Stress can further delay the start of your period. If you are late by more than one week, test for pregnancy. Seeing the result might put your mind at ease.
