You cannot become pregnant from this scenario for a few reasons. First all, pre-ejaculate does not always contain sperm. Sperm dies within a few minutes of being exposed to open air. Washing his hands destroyed any sperm that may or may not have been present. By the time he fingered you, there was no living sperm on his hands.
There is a very low chance of pregnant even when fingering with sperm on the hands.
So, no need to worry at all.
