I see that you have posted recently your concern about your lighter than normal period and pregnancy concern.
I doubt you are pregnant because your period, though lighter than normal, did last for six days. That was not implantation bleeding. Implantation bleeding is spotting, that lasts two to three days, never increases to a flow, and goes away on its own.
Your anxiety or fear that you might have become pregnant due to the fingering can be the cause of overthinking this. The negative pregnancy test and a period proved you did not become pregnant.
Hopefully, with your next normal period, you will feel better.
