Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for coming to us for advice and what to do now. It's a tough one!
Worse case scenario is conception may have already happened. It only takes one sperm to fertilize an egg. Your boyfriend did ejaculate in your vagina. Did this happen two days after ovulation or before?
During your window of ovulation, an egg is only available to be fertilized for about 12-24 hours. But since sperm can live in the body for 3-5 days after sex, and the egg is available for one day, your most fertile time is considered to be about 5-7 days.
The only option is taking an emergency contraceptive. But, an ECP prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation. In your case, that happened. It can also cause changes in the cervical mucus to make it harder for sperm to reach the egg.
And the pill is effective if taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse.
Anonymous, I know you are hoping for a more direct answer, but I really can't give you one.
