Having a period flow that is red in color and without clots is normal. There is nothing to worry about.
However, if she is bleeding between each monthly period, that is a concern. I suggest she schedules an appointment with a gynecologist, who with an exam, obtaining her medical history, and ordering any necessary blood tests can determine why this is happening.
