First of all, you should be aware that the cervix does not change position as in being high or low. It is always in the same place in the back of the vagina. The menstrual cycle can fluctuate between 21 to 35 days in length. This is perfectly normal. The menstrual cycle can especially fluctuate during adolescent years since the body is still trying to reach a hormonal balance.
