Hello Dr , I had a missed miscarriage, and I went for scan after a natural wait, the doctor told me that it's clear and there is no remnant. But a week after I noticed spotting again, am yet to also see my period. Am I okay? DO I need to be concerned?

Thanks doctor, I think it's my period because the flow is now consistent, how many month should I wait before getting pregnant again?
